This hair is lovely and came as described. The customer service was exceptional! She made sure i recieved my package. I recieved the hair within a week of ordering which was very convenient. The hair is very easy to manage and lay down, it is one of the easiest wig's i've dealt with, hair is also true to length and very flexible; it can be styled in a numerous of ways. I recommend 100%.
