Let me start off by saying the packaging alone is so cute! It’s a drawstring back that you can store your wig in when you’re not wearing it. It also came with a few goodies. The hair is super soft, no tangling, no shedding, and big head friendly with the adjustable straps. Came within five days of ordering. The seller, Cassie, was super nice and kept me updated on shipping, answering questions and sent care instructions. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with my purchase!
